Hi this is Ron Spitale i do lessons at the Lost Marsh in Hammond In. I like to use a coin to keep thier head down i place it right under the ball and have them tell me if it heads or tails that will keep the head down

Eric, for your "compressing" drill, are you using a strong grip or a weak to neutral grip?
