Does GolfPass offer a trial membership?
Yes, and it is free. If at the end of your trial you wish to keep GolfPass, your membership will automatically continue for as long as you choose to remain a member. Cancel any time with two clicks online before your free trial period ends and you will not be charged.
Within the GolfPass and GolfPass + free trial, you will receive seven (7) days of access to GolfPass free of charge with unlimited access to all GolfPass video content.
The GolfPass+ free trial also offers one (1) booking for up to four (4) players with waived fees on GolfNow.

What are GolfPass Points, and how can I earn and use them?
We recently improved our loyalty program by offering GolfPass Points where you can earn points on eligible rounds you play, booked on GolfNow or TeeOff websites & apps, that can be used in different ways depending on your level of membership. Paid GolfPass Members (GolfPass+, GolfPass+ VIP, GolfPass Monthly, GolfPass Video) can use their accumulated GolfPass Points to save on the cost of future rounds. What do I receive when I become a GolfPass member?

Am I eligible for the Peacock Premium offer?
To redeem this offer you must:
- Be a new or existing GolfPass+, GolfPass+ VIP or GolfPass Monthly subscriber;

Where can I use my GolfPass membership to receive the benefits?

Tee time benefits including tee time credits, waived fees, tee time protection and GolfPass Points are available to use on GolfPass, GolfNow.com, the GolfNow mobile app, and TeeOff.com.
Streaming of world-class instruction from top tour pros and their coaches, GolfPass original shows and Golf Channel classics can be accessed on GolfPass.com, the GolfPass mobile app, or on select connected-TV devices.
How long does the GolfPass membership last?
- GolfPass Video Annual, GolfPass+ and GolfPass+ VIP:
Your GolfPass membership will remain in effect for one (1) year beginning on the date of your purchase. Your membership will automatically renew for one (1) year upon your renewal date. For example, if you purchase your GolfPass membership on February 5, 2019, your membership and the benefits associated with it will be available until February 5, 2020, unless membership terms state otherwise at the time of purchase. At that point, your card will be charged automatically for renewal towards membership for another year.

How do I renew my GolfPass membership?
The GolfPass program is an auto-renewal program. The credit card we have on file for you will be charged for your membership renewal in the program in order to ensure that your benefits are not interrupted.
If all credit cards we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, you must provide us a new credit card promptly or your membership will be canceled
What if I do not want to auto-renew into the membership?
If you do not want your membership to automatically renew, you must turn off auto-renewal one day prior to your renewal date. Auto-renewal can be turned off by accessing Your Account on GolfPass.com, Membership management, Auto-renewal, Select “OFF.”
Did my GolfPass annual membership change?
Members who purchased a GolfPass annual membership prior to 1/12/2021 have been upgraded to a GolfPass+ membership as of 1/12/2021.
As part of the upgrade, members now receive:
• 10 waived convenience fees on their first 10 bookings (up to 4 players per booking) on GolfNow
• Tee Time Protection on up to 10 bookings on GolfNow or TeeOff
• Earn and redeem GolfPass Points
What is the waived convenience fee benefit, and how do I use it?
As a GolfPass member, convenience fees will be waived on your first 10 bookings (up to 4 players per booking) on GolfNow.com and the GolfNow mobile app per year of your membership. Members must book all tee time reservations while signed into the same account used to purchase the GolfPass membership in order to receive the waived convenience fees benefit at checkout. Other taxes may apply on tee time reservations.
As a GolfPass+ VIP member, convenience fees will be waived on all your bookings on GolfNow.com or GolfNow mobile app. Members must book all tee time reservations while signed into the same account used to purchase the GolfPass membership in order to receive the waived convenience fees benefit at checkout. Other taxes may apply on tee time reservations.
To use your waived fees, log into your GolfPass account and visit the ‘Book Now’ option under the ‘Play’ tab on GolfPass.com. Any applicable convenience fee will be waived at the time that a qualified reservation is made.
Will unused waived fees roll over to my next year of membership?
Unfortunately, any unused waived fees will not roll over upon renewal to the following year of membership.
What is the Tee Time Protection benefit for members, and how do I use it?
For GolfPass+ members : GolfNow’s Tee Time Protection benefit allows you to cancel or modify your tee time reservation online at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled tee time, for any reason, without penalty, up to ten (10) times per year of your membership. You will receive a GolfNow credit equivalent to the green fees due for the modified or canceled tee time, which will be automatically applied to your GolfNow account and can be found under your Account Payment options.
For GolfPass+ VIP members: GolfNow’s Tee Time Protection benefit allows you to cancel or modify your tee time reservation online at least up to one (1) hour prior to your scheduled tee time, for any reason, without penalty up to twenty-five (25) times per year of your membership. You will receive a GolfNow credit equivalent to the green fees due for the modified or canceled tee time, which will be automatically applied to your GolfNow account and can be found under your Account Payment options.
You may use your GolfNow credit towards convenience fees and Hot Deals tee times found on GolfNow.com and the GolfNow mobile app. In order to use your GolfNow credit, you must be logged in with your GolfPass account details on GolfNow.com and click “apply” during the checkout process. GolfNow credits expire ninety (90) days from date of issue. Cancellation requests may be submitted online within the “Upcoming Reservations” section of your account.
How do the $10 monthly tee time credits work for GolfPass+ and GolfPass+ VIP members, and when will I begin receiving them?
$10 monthly tee time credits may be used each time for a discount on a Hot Deals or TeeOff DEAL tee time. They can not be stacked with each other, but you can use GolfPass Points in addition to your $10 monthly tee time credit on the same tee time. Promo codes expire one (1) year from the date earned, regardless of whether your GolfPass Membership is still active at that time.
You will receive your first code as soon as you become a paying GolfPass member. After receiving your first $10 tee time credit, you will receive each subsequent tee time credits each month at or around the date you joined. For example, if you joined GolfPass on May 8th, you should expect to receive your Monthly Tee Time Credit on or around the 8th of every month. You can easily see what day your credit is issued by logging into your GolfPass account and clicking on ‘My GolfPass+’ in the ‘My Account’ drop down menu.
Where do GolfPass' course ratings and reviews come from?
In December, 2020, Golf Advisor became part of GolfPass, which included the platform's 1.3 million golf course reviews from over 500,000 golfers dating back to 2012. Any golfer with an account on GolfPass can write a review of a golf course around the world. To submit your first review, click here. How do GolfPass travel packages work?
GolfPass has teamed up with over 400 properties around the world to offer golf packages to the world’s best golf destinations. You do not have to be a GolfPass member to book a golf package, but members are eligible to receive $100 off packages valued at $1,000 or more at select destinations. You can request a quote from our golf package page and someone from our travel concierge team will build and price the quote for you. Can I change the date or time of my reservation?
To change the date or time of your reservation, you must cancel your existing tee time reservation and make a new reservation for the desired date or time.
To cancel a reservation, go to your “Upcoming Reservations” page. Click “Modify Players or Cancel” on the reservation that you would like to cancel. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and a reason and click “Submit Cancellation.”
Can I combine my GolfPass membership with other GolfNow accounts?
You may not combine or assign your GolfPass membership or any GolfPass benefits, including promotion codes for GolfPass memberships or benefits, to other GolfNow accounts.
Who can I speak to about my GolfPass membership?
All GolfPass members have access to an exclusive phone number they can call to speak with a GolfPass specialist. Members may call this number to book tee times, learn more about GolfPass, cancel their membership, or to ask questions about benefits and any other inquiries related to the program.

How do I cancel my GolfPass membership?
You may cancel your subscription via the following methods: (1) by contacting Customer Service via telephone at 833-465-3847 (subject to call center hours), or (2) by such other means as we may provide from time to time. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours after we receive your request. If you cancel near the end of your billing period and are inadvertently charged for the next period's fee, contact customer service to have the charges reversed. (3) by turning off your ‘Auto-Renew’. No Refunds: Monthly GolfPass subscription payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially-used periods.
Annual GolfPass subscription payments are refundable only under the following circumstances: (1) You cancel your annual subscription within the first thirty (30) days of purchase; and (2) You have not used any available GolfPass membership benefits following your purchase of the annual subscription. Except as set forth below, you will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your current Subscription Period following any cancellation.

Will I be notified if my membership renews?
Yes! All annual memberships get notified via email as early as 30 days ahead of the renewal date. You can conveniently with two clicks make sure ‘Auto-Renew’ is enabled so none of your exclusive benefits are interrupted. You can manage the ‘Auto-Renew’ from your account online or get help from our Member Care team.
What happened to the Trip Manager Tool?
The Trip Manager benefit is being discontinued but GolfPass and Golf Genius are honoring all trips currently set up to use that service through September 30, 2022. If you currently have a planned trip and would like to access it, please visit www.golfgenius.com/trip-manager
How can I view Monthly Tee Time Credits?
Monthly Tee Time Credits are sent directly to your email on your account. To view monthly tee time credits:
1. Navigate and sign in to the GolfPass website.
2. In the upper right-hand corner of the page, click the My Account drop-down > My GolfPass+.
3. Your three most recent credits will be shown under Tee Time Credits.
4. Click Copy Code to copy the tee time credit for use.
How can I apply Reward Codes?
How to redeem your rewards:
1. Go to GOLFNOW.com or use the GolfNow Mobile App.
2. Find a valid Hot Deals tee time* or GolfPass membership.
3. Click Add a Promo Code or a Credit.
4. Enter your promo code in the box during checkout and click Apply.
How can I manage subtitles and captions?
- If the video offers subtitles/captions, there will be a Caption button (💬) in the bottom right corner of the video. Click the Caption button to turn captions On or Off.
- If they are not offered, the Caption button (💬) will not be displayed.
How can I fix sound issues in GolfPass?
If you are having sound issues when you try to watch GolfPass, it may be due to an issue with the content itself, your device settings, or your network connection:
If you cannot hear any audio on the desktop, try the following steps:
- Refresh your browser
- Adjust the volume control on your computer and speakers.
- Adjust the volume control located in the lower-left corner of the Player.
- Restart your internet browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
- Ensure that the volume is turned up on other video players, such as Quicktime, Real Player, or Windows Media player, as this might affect the video player sound.
If you cannot hear any audio on my mobile device/mobile app, try the following:
- Turn off "Silent" mode or check your device is not muted.
- Confirm you are not connected to a Bluetooth audio device such as a headset or a smart speaker.
My audio is very quiet on my mobile device/mobile app, try the following:
- Confirm no other audio application is running on your device. This could be a phone call, a duplicate streaming platform (Peacock, Netflix, Hulu, etc.), or a music service. The Stream's audio may appear not adjustable until the primary audio source is terminated.
Does GolfPass have a mobile app?

- On your mobile device, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the GolfPass Video app. Open the app once it has been downloaded.
- Sign in to the GolfPass app, click on Settings in the bottom right-hand corner.

- On your Apple TV device, go to the Apple App Store and download the GolfPass app. Open the app once it has been downloaded.

- On your Roku device, go to the Streaming Channels Channel Store.
- Arrow down to Search Channels and input "GolfPass". Add the Channel and open the app once it has been downloaded

- Click Login.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to activate your device and connect your GolfPass account.

How can I update my payment method?
If you started your subscription via the GolfPass website, you can change your payment information at any time by following these steps:
1. Locate the drop-down option in the upper right-hand corner of the GolfPass.com website.
2. Click on My Membership.
3. Click on the current Payment Method.
4. Update with your new payment information.
5. Click Save. This will update the payment information on your GolfPass account.
How can I update my password?
If you need to update your password, you can reset it using the following steps:
1. Select Log In on the welcome screen.
2. On the Log In page, enter your "email address" and current "password".
3. Click Log In.
4. Click on the drop-down option in the upper right-hand corner.
5. Click on My Membership.
6. Locate the Account Management section.
7. Click on Change Password to update your account.
8. Enter your "Current Password" and your "New Password".
9. Click Update. This will save your new password to your GolfPass account.
If you forgot your password, you can send yourself a reset email using the following steps:
1. Select Log In on the welcome screen.
2. On the Log In page, click FORGOT PASSWORD?.
3. Enter your "email address" and click Send.
4. Check your inbox for an email and click the link inside.
5. Enter your "New Password" and confirm the password.
6. Click Update. This will save your new password to your GolfPass account.
