I recently had shoulder surgery las year, and since that time, my handicap has gone up. And I now struggle with hitting the ball off the toe. Especially with my irons, causing me to miss greens. How can I improve a better strike on my iron club face ?

That was a great help. I've always struggled with the question, "which comes first, legs or arms?" The band drill gives me a much clearer sense of the "flow" I want to achieve.
